qqen Terms & Conditions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" — the qqen website and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on qqen.
• "Bet" — participation in gaming activities for money on the qqen platform.
• "Bonus" — promotional extra balance or offers provided by qqen.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — the identity verification process (Know Your Customer).
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used on qqen.

2.1 Minimum Age

It is your responsibility to keep your qqen account password completely confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

qqen verifies members' identities to ensure secure service. For larger withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected, qqen may request the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Recent selfie or liveness check

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing an account with another person is strictly prohibited. If qqen confirms that a single account is being used by more than one person, qqen reserves the right to close it and review the associated balance.

qqen handles transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are completed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum amount for each deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳100. After a successful deposit, the amount is generally credited to the account balance instantly. Using the registered mobile number at the time of deposit is mandatory. Deposits through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered and verified mobile banking account.

4.3 Information on Rocket

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. The same minimum amounts apply for deposits and withdrawals via Rocket.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on qqen will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses can only be used for gaming on the qqen platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• If one active bonus is in place, a new bonus generally cannot be accepted.
• qqen reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of bonus benefits, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected, qqen reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and investigate the account.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the qqen platform are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

On qqen, you can place bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. As a general example of betting markets, consider the different markets available for a Bangladesh vs India match. Each bet will be settled according to the designated rules.

6.3 Bet Validity

• If a game or event is cancelled, the bet is generally refunded.
• In the case of a technical error, qqen reserves the right to review the bet.
• In the case of any suspicious bet, qqen may suspend settlement.

6.4 Gaming Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits for themselves. Setting these limits is an important part of responsible gaming and qqen encourages it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqen platform and may result in account closure:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund flows.
• Using bots, automated software, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an advantage.
• Operating an account with a false identity or information.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Feature
